1. Course Enrollment & Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of the course fee.

• Fees are non-refundable once the course has started, except under special circumstances as determined by Techshura management.

2. Course Content

• All course materials, content, and intellectual property belong to Techshura.

• Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Attendance & Participation

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and actively participate.

• Absences or missed classes do not guarantee make-up sessions unless arranged in advance.

4. Certification

• Certificates will be awarded upon successful completion of the course as per Techshura’s assessment criteria.

• Techshura reserves the right to withhold certification if course requirements are not met.

5. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.

• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct may result in termination from the course without refund.

6. Liability

• Techshura is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during training sessions or as a result of using course information.

7. Changes & Cancellations

• Techshura reserves the right to modify course schedules, content, or instructors as necessary.

• In case of course cancellation by Techshura, students will be notified and offered a full refund or rescheduling options.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used solely for training-related purposes and will be kept confidential.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
